The International Library is part of Grenoble's library network. Open to children as well as adults, it contains collections in Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
You can:
.Find documents in 7 languages : Books : fiction and non-fiction books, picture and comic books ; magazines ; language learning (all levels) ; DVDs ; audiobooks, music and songs CDs ; games
.Learn a foreign language in a special room in the library, dedicated to learning the 7 languages through CD-ROMs. (on appointment )
.Browse the Internet
.Come to events :
Book and conversation clubs in 7 languages
Multilingual storytelling, workshops for children
Meetings with authors from other countries.
Concerts, film screening, performances.
School and group visits by appointment.
You can borrow up to 20 documents on your card, whatever they are, (except games : 5 maximum), for 4 weeks.
You can renew them on line for 4 more weeks if nobody has reserved them.
You can return them in the return-boxes of the libraries, or in any other library in Grenoble
